An exotic take on Pita Chips that might be your new favorite snack!
Za’atar Dusted Pita Chips
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp za’atar
- 3 (5-inch) pitas, sliced into 8 wedges each
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
Preheat oven to 375º.
Slice pitas and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with za’atar spice blend and kosher salt. Place in an even layer on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown and crisp, approximately 10 minutes.
Serve with Roasted Beet Hummus with Za’atar.
