The first thing you need to do when you open this box is to make Miso Butter. Blend 1 Tbsp of Miso with 4 Tbsp of unsalted butter. Do this with both misos to get a feel for their flavor profile, then let your imagination run wild with ideas… think soups, sauces, marinades, salad dressing, glazes, etc. And, of course, make Tieghan Gerard’s recipes; you’ll love them! Having the right tool for the job is important. We aren’t fans of kitchen gadgets but this garlic peeler is one we love. It makes quick work of peeling garlic while keeping the clove whole, especially important when you want to slice rather than mince. We reach for our mini whisk so often, we thought it was important to share it with you. Toss a grungy towel from your drawer and replace it with your new one.
